Your request was recorded with a reference number and sent to the systems the company connected to revoq. The company is responsible for acting on it within its own processes and applicable law.

Why did I need to enter a code?

The code confirms that you can receive messages at the phone number in the request. That protects you from someone else submitting a request for your number, and it gives the company a reliable record.

Question 3

What is my reference number for?

Accepted Answer

It identifies your request in the company's records. If you contact the company about the request, quoting the reference number is the fastest way for them to find it.

Question 4

Am I still receiving messages. Did the request fail?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Some messages may already have been scheduled, and some contact may not be marketing. If marketing contact continues, contact the company directly and quote your reference number.

Question 5

Does one request cover every company?

Accepted Answer

No. A request covers only the company whose opt-out page you used, and only the channels you selected there.

How do I reach the company?

Accepted Answer

Use the support contact shown on the company's opt-out page or in its privacy notice. revoq processes requests on the company's behalf and cannot change that company's records for you.
